A Politecnico di Milano spin-off

Rooted in Politecnico di Milano.

Innovation Factory transfers the excellence of academic research to industry. We combine vertical engineering expertise with strategic business vision to turn technological complexity into tangible, scalable, market-ready solutions.

Our mission

A significant share of the sustainable technologies developed in academia never reaches industrial application; at the same time, companies incur research costs for solutions that are already available or could be engineered.

Innovation Factory addresses this gap along two lines. It profiles technologies in operation or at prototype stage against consistent criteria – readiness (TRL), Intellectual Property protection, economic sustainability, ESG impact – making them assessable at board level. And it provides an engineering team for the development of custom solutions when the portfolio does not meet the requirement.

A partnership with Innovation Factory is a decision of strategic direction, not the acquisition of a tool.
